Cyprus Sotheby’s International Realty celebrated its fourth anniversary with the Open Doors Day event.
On the 8th of October, Cyprus Sotheby’s International Realty marked a significant four-year milestone since the establishment of its primary office in Paphos. The company hosted an event for those interested in discovering more about the agency, defining the connection to Sotheby's auction house, meeting the team, participating in an art exhibition in the Cyprus Sotheby’s office, and attending the book premiere of "Home Abroad," co-authored by Sergei Sander and Anastasia Yanni.
Anastasia Yanni, CEO of Cyprus Sotheby's International Realty, congratulated the team and proudly stated:
"We've established ourselves as one of Cyprus' leading real estate agencies, with international recognition, strong media coverage, and PR activities, as well as extended our presence on the island by opening a second office in Limassol's prestigious Olympic Residence and empowered our team, which now involves 30 dedicated professionals. In regard to the art exhibition at the event, an array of 20 art pieces was showcased, featuring both paintings and sculptures. Particularly noteworthy, the bronze sculpture "Picasso. Inspiration" by Bilar Tsarikaev with a time became a symbol of Cyprus Sotheby's International Realty office. Those with social media and YouTube channel subscriptions could regularly observe it. In addition, the collection includes works by the renowned Russian contemporary artist Dmitry Gutov.
Following the exhibition, Sergey Sander and Anastasia Yianni jointly presented their co-authored book, "A Home Abroad". Sergey Sander underscored Cyprus as a prime destination for real estate investments, supported by compelling market statistics and promising growth forecasts.
The evening concluded with an autograph session and the distribution of special gifts. To honor the company's remarkable four-year journey, the room resonated with four symbolic gong strikes, symbolizing the company's continuous progress and tremendous success.
