Many people have hundreds, or even thousands, of contacts on LinkedIn. But does this network actually bring any value? How many clients, partners, useful connections and real business opportunities has it generated over the past year?
Most people use LinkedIn as an ordinary social network: they occasionally publish posts, add acquaintances and scroll through the feed. Meanwhile, LinkedIn offers far more business potential.
Two practical webinars will be held in English. They are designed primarily for those whose professional network is part of their business. The seminars will be useful for entrepreneurs, company executives, sales and marketing professionals, and consultants.
This is not about “managing social media”. The main focus of the programme is how to use LinkedIn to develop professional connections and find business opportunities.
19 October, 16:00–17:30
Participants will look at their own profile as a first meeting with a potential client or partner. What should a person understand about you within a few seconds? Why should they want to connect with you? How can you be useful to them?
During the session, participants will be able to work on their profiles and improve them as the seminar progresses. This seminar is suitable for those who do not yet fully understand how to use LinkedIn for business and professional networking but would like to learn.
During the seminar, we will discuss:
• what has changed on LinkedIn in 2026 and which features are important for business;
• five profile elements that can be improved immediately during the seminar;
• how to formulate the first line of your profile so that people understand who you are and how you can be useful;
• how to define which people you actually need to find;
• how to search for decision-makers;
• how to use second-degree connections and mutual contacts;
• how to find a natural reason to introduce yourself;
• what to write to someone you have never communicated with before;
• how to gradually turn a new contact into a conversation, a call or a personal meeting.
We will also discuss LinkedIn business etiquette and the actions that can damage a relationship before it has even started.
At the end of the seminar, participants will receive a short practical task that will allow them to apply what they have learned immediately.
20 October, 16:00–17:30
The second session focuses on what happens after your profile is in order.
A part of the seminar will be dedicated to content. This will not be about the need to constantly “post something”, but about the type of content that helps a person become visible to the right audience and gradually build professional trust.
An important topic will be how to use AI when working with LinkedIn. Attempts to fully automate work with people often produce the opposite result. During the seminar, we will discuss a very practical question: what can reasonably be delegated to AI, and what should remain in human hands.
AI can help find and segment potential contacts, analyse a profile, prepare a first draft of a message, identify a reason for reaching out, suggest ideas for publications and significantly speed up routine work.
However, the final message to an important person, negotiations, handling objections, cultural nuances and building trust remain human responsibilities. A separate 30-minute practical block will be devoted to this topic.
Participants will be shown not only what can be done with AI, but also how to integrate it into their daily LinkedIn routine.
At the end of the seminar, we will analyse real-life situations.
Theory becomes clearer when applied to specific examples.
• What should you write to someone the day after meeting them at an event?
• How should you approach a company owner you do not know personally?
• What should you do if the person you need has viewed your profile?
• How can you propose cooperation without starting the conversation with a sales pitch?
• How can you restore contact with someone you have not spoken to for several years?
• How can you enter another country’s market and find the first 20 genuinely relevant contacts?
These situations have been included in the programme precisely because they regularly arise in real business life.
At the end of the seminar, participants will receive a 30-day LinkedIn action plan.
The programme consists of two independent webinars in English language. You can attend only one, but those who want to build a complete LinkedIn working system are advised to attend both.
