Navigator Consulting is pleased to announce that Dr Natalia Kardash has joined the firm as Venture Partner for Cyprus and Central Asia. Natalia will support business development and support the expansion of Navigator’s activities across Cyprus, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. She will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, developing strategic partnerships and advancing Navigator’s relationships with companies, investors, universities, chambers of commerce, business associations and public institutions.
A central part of her role will be the development of Invest4Impact, Navigator’s international technology accelerator and venture development platform. Invest4Impact works with startup founders to move beyond the Minimum Viable Product and develop Minimum Viable Enterprises with the strategy, organisation, financial foundations and commercial readiness required to attract investment and achieve sustainable growth.
Natalia brings extensive experience in entrepreneurship, publishing, strategic communications, stakeholder engagement and international business development. She is the Founder of the Successful Business Leaders’ Club, a private community bringing together senior executives, entrepreneurs, investors and decision makers from Cyprus and numerous international markets.
She is also Publisher and Editor in Chief of Vestnik Kipra, Cyprus’ leading Russian language expert platform, and Successful Business magazine.
Through these publications, the Successful Business Leaders’ Club and VK Cyprus Group, Natalia has built relationships with thousands of business leaders, government officials and professionals in Cyprus and abroad.
Her work in Central Asia includes serving as Vice President of the Cyprus–Uzbekistan Business Association and as an active member of the Cyprus–Kazakhstan Business Association. She is currently expanding cooperation between her business network in Cyprus and partner organisations throughout Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and the wider region.
“I first met Natalia in early 2000s while delivering training for the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry,” said Philip Ammerman, Founder and Managing Partner of Navigator Consulting Group. “She is one of the most inspiring business figures I have encountered in Cyprus. Natalia arrived on the island as a complete stranger, and has since built her life and career from the ground up. She has since developed an influential business community and media group, completed her PhD and established some of the island’s most important international business events. She does an amazing job representing Cyprus internationally.”
“Her achievements reflect extraordinary persistence, intelligence and capacity for hard work. More importantly, she has used what she has built to connect people, create opportunities and support Cyprus’ international business community. Natalia’s experience and relationships make her an exceptional partner for expanding our work in Cyprus, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. I am extremely pleased that, after knowing each other for so many years, we will now be working together as partners.”
Commenting on her appointment, Natalia Kardash said:
“I am delighted to join Navigator as Venture Partner for Cyprus and Central Asia. Throughout my career, my work has focused on bringing people together, building trusted relationships and creating practical opportunities for cooperation. I am deeply grateful to the entrepreneurs, business leaders, colleagues and institutions in Cyprus and abroad who have worked with me and supported these efforts over many years.”
“Cyprus and Central Asia have much to gain from stronger connections between their business communities, investors, universities and institutions. Navigator and Invest4Impact give us a practical platform through which we can build these connections, support founders and help promising enterprises become ready for investment and international growth. I look forward to contributing my experience and relationships while continuing to learn from the people and organisations with whom we work.”
As Venture Partner, Natalia will participate directly in the success of the activities she develops while leading Navigator’s business development across her designated regions.
