Is there a paradise for businesses?

In the past, Cyprus earned a reputation as a premier destination for business establishment. Low taxes, a modern banking system, and liberal legislation were its highlights. However, taxes have risen, deposits have been affected, various restrictions have been introduced, and anti-Russian sanctions have been imposed. Consequently, international entrepreneurs began seeking alternative places for relocation.

For thousands of them, the United Arab Emirates became the destination for both creating new companies and redomiciling existing ones from Cyprus.

On December 12 at 6:00 PM at Crowne Plaza Limassol, the IHG Hotel Conglomerate group is organizing a Presentation of Dubai Free Zone IFZA. It is a convenient jurisdiction for international business, offering efficient solutions for residence permits in the Emirates, company formations, and private and corporate banking accounts. IFZA provides zero or minimal corporate income taxation and all necessary IT solutions for businesses.

The agenda includes three main topics:

Business formation and taxation in UAE with IFZA.
Peculiarities of Taxation in UAE: VAT and Corporate Tax. What do we have, and what to expect soon?
Practical Guidance and Pitfalls to Avoid when Redomiciling out of Cyprus.

Speakers:

Artur Frolov — Client Engagement Manager.
Georgia Papa — Senior Manager at Pyrgou Vakis Law Firm.
Alexander Latishenok — Managing Partner at Aligorex GROUP.
