On 9–10 October 2026, The Warehouse by IT Quarter in Limassol will fill with 1,000 women leaders, founders, professionals and changemakers for Women in Business & Beyond 2026 (WiBB), Cyprus’s largest women empowerment conference. Now in its third edition and growing every year, WiBB is organized by Unity Growth, the Limassol-based community behind more than 60 major events and a network of over 13,000+ members across Cyprus. What began as a regional gathering has become a national platform, this year welcoming speakers and attendees from across Europe and beyond.
Over two full days, more than 60 speakers take to four stages, each with its own focus:
Business & Tech – leadership, entrepreneurship, scaling a business, and women driving progress in AI, fintech and innovation.
Personal Development & Health – growth mindset, emotional intelligence, mindfulness and well-being.
Workshop Stage – small-group, hands-on sessions built around real-world exercises and practical skills you can use on Monday morning.
Entertainment Stage – live performances, fashion and artists celebrating women’s creativity.
The programme mixes keynotes, panels and fireside talks with sessions such as Standing Out in a World that Wants You to Fit In, AI Is a Leadership Skill and The Workplace Women Deserve, powered by Payabl, and the Women of Truth panel. The full agenda is now live at https://womeninbusiness.cy.
Beyond the stages, a women-led business exhibition showcases brands, products and services from female entrepreneurs, and dedicated networking lounges give attendees space to meet the people who could become their next client, partner or mentor. The exhibition room is open to the public to extend support for the exhibitors attending the conference.
Early risers can also start Saturday differently: a Sunrise Yoga session powered by RELOC8 ONLINE runs from 08:30 to 09:30 in the outdoor area, free for ticket holders.
WiBB is built for every woman who wants to take the next step, whether that means launching a business, moving into leadership, changing careers, or simply finding a community that gets it.
