The rebranding extended beyond aesthetics, finding its most visible expression on the roads of Cyprus with the rollout of Exness’ iconic MINI fleet. Over 1,000 black-and-white MINI Countrymans now reflect the duality of the company’s values — black for power and stability, and white for transparency and trust.

This renewed identity set the stage for another milestone year, one that demonstrated Exness’ ability to innovate, connect, and make a difference across its industry, workplace culture, and community.

After winning the Best Place to Work award in Cyprus for three consecutive years, Exness earned global recognition in 2024, reinforcing its reputation as an exceptional employer.
