Pedalion Sailing Academy, in collaboration with PwC Cyprus, has launched an innovative corporate team-building program built around sailing, designed to strengthen collaboration, leadership and communication through experiential learning at sea.
Departing from Ayia Napa Marina and sailing towards the stunning Cape Greco coastline, the program moves teams out of their traditional training environment into a real-world setting where teamwork becomes a practical necessity. Each experience is tailored to the specific needs and objectives of the participating organization, combining behavioral insight with hands-on sailing activities.
The program begins with a structured assessment phase to understand team dynamics and organizational goals, followed by the sailing experience itself. It concludes with a facilitated reflection session that connects onboard team behavior with everyday workplace challenges.
